Because I enjoy reading other people's blogs so much, I decided I would attempt joining the blogging world. And even though it's already the middle of November, I would like to join in the exercise of saying what you are thankful for each day for the rest of the month.
There are so very many things I am thankful for, but I am going to start with my dear friend Kim. This time last year I was coming home crying every single day, not knowing how I was going to make it through the end of the week, much less to Thanksgiving Break, and ultimately the end of the school year. My first year teaching was definately unforgettable, but not in the way you might hope. Luckily, I had a wonderful team teacher who was an angel in helping me make it through the year. I now have an amazing job where I look forward to going to work each day, and have a wonderful team of teachers; however, I do miss one thing about last year and that is Kim. I miss our crazy butts getting to work everyday at 6:30. I miss sharing all of her pregnancy cravings! But mostly, I just miss being able to go next door and chat with her about what was going in our lives!
Side note...
CMA awards are a big disappointment! What is happening to country music!!
Kid's say the darndest things....
On Monday one of my precious little girls walked in the door and said..."Mrs. English my weekend was horrible!!! I had diarrhea twice and threw up!"
